Among bowlers, Mohammad Siraj is in a see-saw battle for the Purple Cap with 14 wickets. Wanindu Hasaranga has been a crucial addition with six wickets in the last three games while Vyashak Vijay Kumar picked a couple of wickets in the last game as well. Harshal Patel went wicketless in the last game but has picked up form off late.

Out of form Shahbaz Ahmed has been quiet this IPL and had a nightmare of a game against KKR as he failed to score while giving away 25 runs in an over he bowled.

Among bowlers, Mohammad Siraj has been in excellent form with 13 wickets, which puts him at the top of the Purple Cap race too. 10 of his wickets came in the last five games. Wanindu Hasaranga has fit in well with four wickets in the last two games while Harshal Patel has eight wickets in seven matches.
