Los Angeles Knight Riders: Full Squad, Captain, Complete Fixtures List, Coaching Staff ahead of MLC 2023

Los Angeles Knight Riders is a franchise cricket team which will take part in the inaugural Major League Cricket season in 2023.

The USA-based franchise tournament starts on July 13 and will continue till July 30. LA Knight Riders, a sister unit of Kolkata Knight Riders is one of the three teams which are owned by IPL franchises.

The Knight Riders have assembled a fantastic squad ahead of the first MLC season. Star England batter Jason Roy had relinquished his England contract recently to play for the Knight Riders in the MLC. Roy, who was roped in as a replacement player in the IPL 2023 by KKR will be joined by Kiwi pacer Lockie Ferguson

West Indies duo Sunil Narine and Andre Russell also continue their long-standing association with the Knight Riders and committed to join the LA Knight Riders for the inaugural season. Both Russell and Narine also play for Trinbago Knight Riders in CPL and Abu Dhabi Knight Riders in ILT20 of UAE.

Apart from them, Australian spinner Adam Zampa and former India under-19 captain Unmukt Chand will also represent LA Knight Riders.

LA Knight Riders have announced West Indies star Sunil Narine as the captain for the inaugural MLC 2023 season.

The LA Knight Riders appointed Phil Simmons as the head coach for the inaugural season. Former KKR player Ryan Ten Doeschate has been appointed as Simmons' assistant, whereas Bharat Arun will work as the bowling coach.
