LSG vs PBKS: Lucknow Super Giants (LSG) will lock horns with Punjab Kings (PBKS) in the eleventh match of IPL 2024. The game is scheduled to be played at Bharat Ratna Shri Atal Bihari Vajpayee Ekana Cricket Stadium in Lucknow at 7:30 PM (IST).

LSG are one of the three teams that are yet to open their account this season. They lost to Rajasthan Royals in their first game by 20 runs in Jaipur but will be vying to notch up two points in the upcoming fixture at home.

The experienced batter will be hoping to play a fearless brand of cricket against his former franchise.

2. Shikhar Dhawan: PBKS skipper Shikhar Dhawan has been getting good starts for the team but hasn't quite converted it into big ones this season. He scored 22 off 16 against DC in the first game before scoring 45 off 37 against RCB in the next game. The senior pro will be looking forward to breaking the shackles in an attempt to score his first fifty of this season.

3. Nicholas Pooran: Nicholas Pooran is well-known for his explosive power-hitting where he looks to dominate the bowlers from the get-go. He has been one of the valuable assets for LSG, especially in the middle overs and in terms of finishing as well. He scored an unbeaten 64 off 41 balls, laced with 4 fours and as many sixes at a strike rate of 156.10 but unfortunately, he ended up on the losing side.

4. Sam Curran: The England international has been one of the productive players for PBKS this season. He scored 63 off 47 balls including six fours and a six against DC. However, he was unable to inflate his momentum in the game against RCB, where he scored 23 off 17 but managed to pick up one wicket. Curran is certainly one of the players to watch out for in the upcoming game.
