​MI IPL 2025 Stats: Mumbai Indians stormed to a seven-wicket win over Sunrisers Hyderabad in Match 41 of the IPL 2025, thanks to a ferocious powerplay spell from Trent Boult and a vintage knock by Rohit Sharma.

Chasing a modest 144, the visitors cruised to 146/3 in just 15.4 overs at the Rajiv Gandhi International Stadium, climbing to third in the points table.

Electing to bowl first, MI saw immediate returns as Boult struck with precision. The left-arm pacer dismissed Travis Head and Abhishek Sharma within the first four overs, then returned later to remove Abhinav Manohar and Pat Cummins, finishing with a brilliant 4/26 in his four overs. His fiery spell left SRH reeling at 35/5, setting the tone for a dominant outing.

While Heinrich Klaasen fought valiantly with a powerful 71 off 44 balls, including nine boundaries and two sixes, he lacked support apart from a 99-run stand with Manohar (43). Klaasen's knock helped SRH limp to 143/8, with Deepak Chahar also chipping in with two key wickets.

Mumbai's response was both ruthless and elegant. Though Ryan Rickelton fell cheaply, Rohit Sharma looked in sublime touch, anchoring the innings with a fluent 70 off 46 balls. His knock, laced with crisp drives and big hits, ensured MI were never under pressure.

Will Jacks added 22 before falling to Zeeshan Ansari, but Suryakumar Yadav's explosive unbeaten 40 off just 19 balls sealed the win in emphatic fashion. The chase was completed with more than four overs to spare.

For SRH, none of the bowlers managed to stem the flow of runs or apply pressure. Malinga, Unadkat, and Ansari picked up a wicket each, but lacked support from the rest of the attack.
