MI vs RR: Mumbai Indians (MI) will lock horns with Rajasthan Royals (RR) in Match 14 of IPL 2024. The game will get underway on April 1, Monday at Wankhede Stadium in Mumbai at 7:30 PM (IST).
MI are the only team that are yet to win a game this season. Having played two games so far, they were unable to churn out results in their favour as they lost to Gujarat Titans and Sunrisers Hyderabad respectively. Hardik Pandya and Co. are currently at the bottom of the points table.

On the contrary, Sanju Samson-led RR started their campaign with a win over Lucknow Super Giants and then went on to beat Delhi Capitals to make it two wins in a row.
Currently, they are placed third on the points table and they have a chance to go on top of the points table if they beat MI in the next game. Let's now take a look at the four batters who can muster the most runs in match 14 of the tournament.
1. Rohit Sharma: Former MI captain Rohit Sharma is one of the players to watch out for in the upcoming clash. The senior pro who has got enough freedom to express himself as a pure batsman has approached the game with intent this season. He is expected to get better as the season progresses. The veteran scored a quickfire 43 off 29 including 7 fours and a six against GT whereas he scored 26 off 12 (1 four, 3 sixes) against SRH.
2. Jos Buttler: England international Jos Buttler who has got a truckload of experience to dictate the terms in T20 cricket has been struggling to produce the spark in the ongoing IPL. He scored 11 off 9 against LSG and endured yet another poor outing where he scored 11 off 16 against DC in the last game. After twin failures, Buttler will be hoping to silence the critics by letting his bat do the talking against his former IPL franchise.
3. Tilak Varma: Tilak Varma is currently the leading run-scorer for MI with 89 runs in two games so far. He looked good for his 25 off 19 including a four and a six against GT but failed to convert his start into a good score. Nevertheless, he ensured to step up and deliver the goods against SRH in a high-scoring fixture. He led MI's batting attack by example by scoring 64 off 34 balls, laced with 2 fours and 6 hits over the fence. The in-form youngster will be raring to pose a threat to RR in the next game.
4. Riyan Parag: One of the biggest things we have seen in Riyan Parag is his maturity. The 22-year-old has long been slammed for his playful attitude on the field but he stunned the cricket fraternity by letting his performances do all the talking. He scored 43 off 29 balls including a four and 3 sixes against LSG and top-scored with an unbeaten 84 off 45 against DC in the last game, smashing 7 fours and 6 sixes at a healthy strike rate of 186.67.
