Mumbai Indians are taking on Rajasthan Royals at Wankhede Stadium in a crucial IPL 2024 match.
And they have endured a difficult start to their batting as Trent Boult created mayhem by inflicting three early and crucial blows to hurt their prospect.

Trent Boult came in the first over and took two wickets of Rohit Sharma and Naman Dhir in the fifth and sixth ball of the over respectively. He struck again in the third over by sending Dewald Brevis back to the pavilion. He missed his chance to get a hattrick as Ishan Kishan managed to get a single by steering the ball through backward point.
He managed to out all three batters on their very first ball of the innings. It also made an embarrassing record for Rohit Sharma as now occupies the humble record of most ducks in IPL along with RCB's Dinesh Karthik. After the three-over spell, Boult boasted a magnificent figure of 3 for 14.
However, after this hectic start, Tilak Verma and Hardik Pandya tried to get a hold of the game and stitched a partnership of 56 runs in 36 balls. But as Yuzvendra Chahal got the wicket of Hardik Pandya the partnership broke off and Mumbai got back to its struggling. At the time of writing Mumbai Indians are struggling with 97 runs by losing 7 wickets in 14 overs.
