Mumbai Indians are the most successful team in IPL's history. But they have been far from their best this season. Although they have a formidable squad on paper, the Paltans have struggled this season.
Rajasthan Royals were the inaugural IPL champions in 2008, and they are looking like Champions this season as well. The Royals are currently top of the IPL table after a string of fantastic wins. They do look like the stronger side at the moment, and will be looking to win at the Wankhede on Sunday.
MI do have some big names in their squad, but their superstars are yet to meet their sky-high expectations. And we believe Royals will be too good for the Paltans, and we predict RR will emerge victorious in the match.
Out of the 27 previous meets between these two teams, Mumbai have won 14 times while Rajasthan are on 12 wins. But in the last three seasons, MI have a 4-2 advantage over the Royals.
