It was a decent effort from Tim David who ended up unbeaten on 53 off 28 balls for MI New York. Shadab Khan picked up a wicket for the Unicorns, whereas Liam Plunkett and Carmi le Roux picked two each.

MI New York: 154/5, 17.3 overs

Kieron Pollard is OUT!! The big fish is taken. Slower ball from Plunkett and Pollard could only sky it high and finds Chaitanya Bishnoi. Pollard goes back to the hut after 48 off 27 balls.

MI New York: 152/4, 17 overs

A fantastic over by Marcus Stoinis, who concedes just 7 runs in it. Both Pollard and Tim David have struggled to put him away as the chase becomes steeper for Mi New York. The MI require 64 runs in last 3 overs.

71 runs needed of the last 4 overs. The last one was another fantastic over by Haris Rauf, who just conceded 10 runs in it. MI New York need a lot more than that as Marcus Stoinis comes into the attack. Will this over be the decisive one?

Nicholas Pooran Out!! A massive breakthrough for SF Unicorns as Liam Plunkett gets the all-important wicket of Pooran. A slog only found the top edge and Plunkett completed a simple catch of his own bowling. Pooran out for 40 off 28 balls.

Nicholas Pooran is having a move on. The Caribbean batter has clubbed Chaitanya Bishnoi for consecutive sixes. Is it the start of the turnaround for MI New York? Well we all know Pooran and his abilities. The West Indies batter is on 39 off 26 balls and has skipper Kieron Pollard alongside him.

Wicket!! Steven Taylor is gone and a nightmare start for MI New York. Taylor tries to pull but it goes straight to Chaitanya Bishnoi at mid-wicket.

It is a superb finish for the Unicorns who have scored 215 runs in their 20 overs. Corey Anderson remains not out on 91 off 52 balls. It has been an amazing recovery from them after they were 50/4 at one stage.

200 comes up for the Unicorns in the 20th over. Tajinder Dhillon's slog gives them a boundary and it is so far the highest score in the MLC history. And believe me it may well get breached soon.

Corey Anderson continues his onslaught. The Unicorns have scored at a rampant pace in the last few overs. It has been a major turnaround as they have scored 63 runs off last three overs.

A wicket at last! Trent Boult knocks over the pole of Shadab Khan. The batter looks to improvise but misses, and Boult strikes. But its a great platform as Shadab scored 61 off 30 balls.

100 partnership comes up for the Unicorns. Corey Anderson and Shadab Khan have added 101 runs to 4th wicket of just 48 balls. Shadab (54 off 25) and Anderson (54 off 36) are rocking at the moment.

Corey Anderson also gets to his half-century. The New Zealand all-rounder clears the fence to get to his milestone. 150 comes up for the Unicorns.

An outstanding 50 by Shadab Khan, who has completely changed the momentum of the match. The Pakistani all-rounder gets to his half century in just 24 balls. 3 fours and 5 sixes in it.

Shadab Khan hits a fantastic six over extra cover. The Pakistani player has upped the tempo as the Unicorns are building a strong partnership.

Aaron Finch is gone! Sarabjeet Ladda gets the Unicorns captain in his first over. Finch goes for the slog but only manages to find Kieron Pollard at long on. The partnership is broken. Finch departs for 9.

Aaron Finch comes down the ground and hits a gigantic six. Much needed six for the Unicorns. They are in a mud and a partnership is much needed. Can Corey Anderson and captain Aaron Finch revive them?
