Pacer Pat Cummins and all-rounder Marcus Stoinis become the latest Australians to join USA's Major League Cricket after the World Cup-winning duo were roped in as international signings for the upcoming MLC Season 2.
Cummins has signed a four-year contract with San Francisco Unicorns, while Stoinis has reportedly been snapped up by Texas Super Kings just a month after he smashed a century against Chennai Super Kings in the bygone IPL 2024.

The second season of the USA franchise T20 league, which has acquired List A status from the global governing body ICC, is slated from to be played from July 6 to 29.
Cummins will have explosive Aussie batter Jake Fraser McGurk as his teammate at the franchise. Stoinis, on the other hand, will have compatriot Aaron Hardie for company as the Super Kings' latest Australian recruits.
Earlier, Glenn Maxwell, Travis Head and Steve Smith inked deals with Washington Freedom, who have also signed New Zealand all-rounder Rachin Ravindra as well as another uncapped Aussie in Jack Edwards as the five players prepare to play under the guidance of Ricky Ponting.
Bangladesh's Shakib Al Hasan, South African quartet David Miller, Aiden Markram, Anrich Nortje and Nandre Burger as well West Indies duo Romario Shepherd and Obed McCoy, and Kiwi Daryl Mitchell have also signed up for the MLC. Here is a look at the international signings for 2024:
