Mob beats Ganguly's personal guard

Kolkata, Jul 25: A group of agitating people in Kolkata on Saturday, Jul 24 had badly beaten former skipper Sourav Ganguly's personal security guard.

Ganguly was returning to his Behala resident, at the southern outskirts of Kolkata.

A mob was agitating over an accident on the Diamond Harbour Road and Ganguly's car got stuck near the area.

Bivas Guha, Sourav's personal security, got down from the car and tried to disperse the crowd.

But the outraged protesters made him black and blue out of anger.

However, police said that Ganguly was unharmed and Guha had been hospitalized.
