Mohammad Amir has heaped rich praises on India pacers Arshdeep Singh and Mohammed Siraj on the sidelines of the ongoing ILT20 2024. The former Pakistan pacer has called Siraj the most improved white-ball bowler in the world.
Talking about Arshdeep Singh, Amir said that the 24-year-old has the ability to become a very successful left-arm pacer. He said India needs a left-arm pacer who can consistently bowl around 140 km/h clicks.

"Arshdeep Singh can be India's dependable left-arm pacer," Mohammad Amir said during a virtual media interaction on the sidelines of a recent ILT20 match. "Arshdeep can be a very good left-arm pacer. India needs one who can consistently bowl at 135-140," Amir added.
"From the last two-three years, the most impressive has been Mohammad Siraj. The way he has improved in white-ball cricket, it's a good sign for Indian cricket."
Mohammed Siraj finished the 2023 season with 44 wickets. He registered career best figures of 6/21 in the Asia Cup 2023 final. The Hyderabad-born star was included in ICC Men's ODI Team of the Year on Tuesday, January 23.
Arshdeep Singh, on the other hand, is being touted as one of the key bowlers for India going into the upcoming T20 World Cup 2024. He picked four wickets in the final ODI against South Africa in December. In his last T20I match against Afghanistan on January 14, he registered figures of 3/32.
Arshdeep Singh has also been added in India A squad for their ongoing red-ball series against England Lions. Siraj is all set to feature in the first Test against England in Hyderabad from January 25.
