Most ODI Wickets In 2024: As 2024 is coming to it's conclusion, we look back at the ODI bowling performances throughout the calendar year. Even though, it was the year of the T20 World Cup and we didn't get to witness any big-ticket event as far as the ODIs are concerned.

But what striking is the top 10 names in the most ODI wickets list, where we see only three names from Test playing nations, otherwise it's all the associate teams, who rule the roost big time.

There is not a single player from India as the Men in Blue played only 3 ODIs in 2024 all against Sri Lanka. Here's a look at the top 10 list.

1) Wanindu Hasaranga : Sri Lanka's premium spinner, Wanindu Hasaranga tops the list for scalping the most number of ODI wickets in 2024. The 27-year-old picked up 24 wickets with an average of 15.61.

2) Dilon Heyliger : Second in the list is Canada's Dilon Heyliger. The 35-year-old Guyanese-origin cricketer has also taken 26 wickets but with an average of 22.23.

3) Aryan Dutt : Netherlands' Aryan Dutta occupies the third sport for claiming 21 wickets with an average of 18.71.

4) Allah Ghazanfar : Next in line is Afghanistan's Allah Ghazanfar, who also pocketed 21 wickets to his name but at an average of 13.57.

5) Nosthush Kenjige : At No. 5, we have USA's Nosthush Kenjige. He picked up a total of 20 wickets with an average of 21.90.

6) Kaleem Sana : Another Canadian in the list is Kaleem Sana, who has picked up 19 wickets with an average of 19.31.

7) Saad Bin Zafar: At No. 7, we have the third Canadian in the list. Saad Bin Zafar scalped 19 wickets at an average of 30.73.

8) Gerhard Erasmus : Namibia's Gerhard Erasmus takes over the 8th spot for taking 18 wickets at an average of 22.38.

9) Azmatullah Omarzai: At 9, we have the second Afghani and the third player from Test playing nations in Azmatullah Omarzai. The 24-year-old picked up 17 wickets at an average of 20.47.

10) Shakeel Ahmed : Finally at 10, we have Oman's Shakeel Ahmed, who at an average of 10.94 also picked up 18 wickets.
