Most Runs in PSL: Pakistan Super League recognizes the top run-getter of the season with a green cap, which frequently changes during the course of the tournament, and a Hanif Mohammad Award at the end of the final.
While the tournament collected stats from the inaugural PSL season in 2016, the award, named after former Pakistani cricketer Hanif Mohammad, was only given from the second season in 2017.

The green cap is worn as an ongoing competition with the leading run-scorer wearing the cap throughout the tournament until the final game, with the eventual winner keeping the cap and receiving the award for the season.
Over the years, Pakistan's star batter Babar Azam has dominated the charts in that respect, winning the award two times so far in seasons 2020 and 2021, while the Akmal brothers finished the highest run-scorers in the first two editions of the league.
Pakistan's Mohammad Rizwan and Fakhar Zaman also won the award in recent seasons, while former Australian all-rounder Shane Watson and New Zealand wicketkeeper-batter Luke Ronchi also have finished on top once. Here is look at the list for top run-scorers from all editions of PSL:
