Pakistan's Shoaib Malik overtook England's Ian Bell's tally to finish the tournament as the player with most runs in World Championship of Legends 2024 during the final against India on July 13.
Pakistan Champions' Sharjeel Khan and Shoaib Maqsood as well as India's Robin Uthappa had the chance to leapfrog Malik's tally, but they all failed to score big in the final at the Edbaston Cricket Ground in Birmingham.

India's Yusuf Pathan also had the chance to add to his tally along with his brother Irfan. However, the Pathan brothers did not get enough runs to get in the title clash, in which Ambati Rayudu and Gurkeerat Singh Mann scored the majority of the runs in the chase.
West Indies' Dwayne Smith also crossed the 200-run mark, but could not breach 230 runs. Australia's Ben Dunk, Aaron Finch and Dan Christian also finished in the top 10.
The leaderboard changed several times and in the end Malik of Pakistan finished top of the charts. Here is a look at the players with most runs in WCL and the team-wise top 5 run-getters list:
