Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB) moved to second in the battle for most sixes by a team in IPL 2024 during their 4-wicket victory over Gujarat Titans (GT) in match 52 at the M Chinnaswamy Stadium in Bengaluru on Saturday (May 4).
Virat Kohli, the leading run-scorer of the season, smashed 4 sixes, while skipper Faf Du Plessis hit 3 sixes to provide RCB a great start in their chase of 148, which was completed with another maximum by Swapnil Singh after the home side collapsed from 92/0 to 117/6.

Earlier after being put into bat, GT stuttered early, but David Miller hit 2 sixes in their push past 100, while the likes of Shahrukh Khan, Rahul Tewatia and Rashid Khan also hit a maximum each to take the team to a respectable total.
