Most Wickets-Purple Cap: IPL 2025 saw some standout performances with the ball. Prasidh Krishna of Gujarat Titans topped the wicket charts with 25 scalps in 15 matches, impressing with his bounce and control. Noor Ahmad followed closely with 24 wickets for Chennai Super Kings, troubling batters with his crafty spin.

Trent Boult picked up 22 wickets for Mumbai Indians, striking early with the new ball despite a high economy rate. Josh Hazlewood was outstanding for Royal Challengers Bengaluru, taking 21 wickets in just 12 games with the best average and strike rate among the top five. Arshdeep Singh also took 21 wickets for Punjab Kings, delivering key breakthroughs, especially at the death.
