'MSD has to pay..' Aarka Sports chief denies cheating, blames MS Dhoni for criminal conspiracy

MS Dhoni vs Aarka Sports: The chief of Aarka Sports Mihir Diwakar has denied any wrongdoings amid allegations of him cheating former India captain Mahendra Singh Dhoni.

There were reports of a case lodged against Diwakar and his business partner, who allegedly broke a deal with MS Dhoni and usurped amounts in crores. Dhoni's attorney sent a legal notice to them as they claimed financial cheating of Rs. 15 crores.

But on Sunday (January 7), the Aarka chief Mihir Diwakar has released a statement saying allegations against him are 'baseless'. He also blamed Dhoni for defaming him and causing him financial losses and disrespecting him in the sports fraternity.

"With utmost pain & consternation I wish to clarify that the story planted in electronic and print media about me cheating MSD is utterly baseless. This has been done with the sole purpose of defaming me and to destroy my reputation in society, especially my reputation in sports fraternity to inflict financial losses to me," the statement read.

He also went on to say that in 2017, MS Dhoni authorised him to work jointly in a venture, but that was never revoked till date by the former India captain. The duo signed a deal to form academies globally.

Diwakar claims he doesn't owe any money to Dhoni, instead, the cricketer owes him money for taking direct amounts from some academies.

"Meanwhile, I would also like to bring to your knowledge that I do not owe MSD any money, rather he has to pay certain amounts to me which has been collected from academies directly by him," he added.

But along with this, Diwakar has also made shocking revelation on MS Dhoni for deceiving a business company named Neuglobal Upajvardhak India Limited. And he says Dhoni and his team are only making false allegations against him.

"The real reason behind all these false accusations against me is that MSD and his team of directors have committed serious mismanagement, deceitful activities and criminal conspiracy against the company's real founder in a public limited company named Neuglobal Upajvardhak India Limited.

The company's founder is asking MSD for his clarification alleging him on multiple counts which MSD is refraining from replying.

In that case, Shri MS Dhoni and his team has done grave injustice to me too, which amounts to serious crminal offence. On Dec 30, 2023, I too received a copy of allegation on email which the founder of neuglobal upajvardhak India limited is asking from MSD," the statement further continued.
