Why MS Dhoni called CSK player as 'Drug' - Revealed

Chennai Super Kings captain MS Dhoni made a huge remark on one of his teammates on Monday (July 10).

Dhoni is known for his amicable behaviour with all his teammates. The legend is known for his pranks, jokes with CSK colleagues and is admired for his equal treatment of everyone.

Dhoni was in Chennai for the launch of the Tamil movie LGM, a movie that he is producing. The 42-year-old was asked about one of his teammates and he compared him with Drug.

The teammate is none other than CSK bowler Deepak Chahar.

"Deepak Chahar is like a drug, if he is not there, you would think, where is he - if he is around, you would think, why he is here," Dhoni said in the event.

But why did the former India captain think his CSK teammate was like a drug?

Chahar has been someone who is an excellent bowler, but is a mischievous one as well. The India pacer often gets involved in pranks in the CSK camp and Dhoni says the player is maturing slowly.

"Good part is that he is maturing but he takes time & that is the problem, in my lifetime, I won't see him matured (smiles)", the CSK captain hilariously added.

MS Dhoni is a stalwart of the game and is a worshipped person across Tamil Nadu. He led CSK to their 5th IPL title this year and is expected to don the famous yellow shirt again next year.
