MS Dhoni New Hairstyle: The former India captain brought back the vintage long-hair look ahead of the IPL 2024 season, and fans claimed that their revered 'Thala' was gearing up to play his final IPL season.
Dhoni walked in the IPL 2024 matches with his flaunty long hair and decibel levels broke all the records. Dhoni turned back the clock with those long hair and struck 161 runs at a strike rate of 220.54.

However, Dhoni did not retire after the season. Maybe, he would have announced his retirement had CSK won the title, but they failed to qualify for the playoffs.
The 43-year-old has now brought an end to the long-hair era once more. The new IPL rule of retaining a domestic player in the uncapped category if he hasn't featured in the India playing eleven for five years, is tailor-made for Dhoni to continue for one more season.
As Dhoni gears to give one final shot at winning his sixth IPL trophy, he has unveiled his new pompadour fade haircut. The hairstyle has cool short sides and long, high-volume hair on top.
"Guess who???' Wait for the next post at 11.11 am," celebrity hairstylist Aalim Hakim posted on his Instagram handle on Friday. At the said time on Saturday, Hakim released three pictures of MS Dhoni in his new hairstyle. The now viral pictures got over two lakh likes in less than four hours.
With MS Dhoni's one more season with the five-time champions CSK almost confirmed, eyes will be on the superstar cricketer in the coming months. He handed the CSK captaincy to Ruturaj Gaikwad last year, but is still the key and most powerful figure at the CSK. He is also expected to play an important role in selecting the players at the IPL 2025 mega auction.
