Must-watch Video: World's No. 1 fast bowler Dale Steyn loses to a baby

Bengaluru, Oct 7: World's number one fast bowler Dale Steyn of South Africa has lost "The Ultimate Fitness Duel" with a one and a half year old kid. To get to know how it all turned out, you need to watch this brilliant video of 4.47 minutes, which is at the end of this article.

In a video posted by "New Balance South Africa" sportswear company, Steyn is challenged to spend a day with a toddler, who has just 3 months walking experience.

Steyn is not playing the ongoing Twenty20 International series against India and will join the team later this month for the 5-match One Day Internationals. He has more than 600 international wickets but when it came to taking on a baby, he could not.

The 32-year-old, in the video, needs to do what the one and half year old kid does for one full day. The challenge starts at the breakfast table and then Steyn is made to run around a house and return to his childhood days.

"I am having water, egg, biscuit all blended together for breakfast. I am looking forward to the rest of the day," Steyn made his opening remarks at the start of the video.

As it carries on, with close to 2 hours of break in between, with a nap (when the kid is sleeping), Steyn is back to challenge his "rival".

The day started at 6.01 AM and by 7.12 PM, Steyn has given up and accepted defeat in "Baby Vs Dale Steyn" contest.

"My hamstrings, lower back have taking a pounding. It has been a hard day. I am done. No more," Steyn said in the end.

The South African got to know it is easier to bowl at 150 kmph and challenge best of the batsmen in world cricket than to take on a kid!
