National cricket coach suspended for molesting teenage girl

Panaji, Jul 10 (UNI) Goa's national cricket coach Anil Arolkar was today suspended, pending an inquiry against him, on charge of molesting a teenage lawn tennis player at Panjim Gymkhana recently.

The Executive Director of Sports Authority of Goa (SAG) V M Prabhudesai said he had acted after receiving a written complaint from the girl's mother.

The enquiry will be completed within three months time and if coach is found guilty, the SAG will initiate suitable action against Arolkar, Prabhudesai added.
