National disabled cricket from Friday
Lucknow, Feb 21 (UNI) The second National cricket tournament for disabled starts here from Feburary 23 under the auspices of Indian cricket federation for the Disabled (ICFD) in collaboration with HELPINGHANDS, UK.
The three-day league championship of 15-20 overs a side will witness 16 teams from various parts of the country, said A W Siddiqui, the secretary general ICFD here today.
The first edition of the tournament was played here in 2005 in which Hosts Uttar Pradesh won the top place, while Karnataka grabbed the runners up position.
