National School cricket tourney from November 19

Mumbai, November 13 (UNI) The 53rd U-14 school national cricket tournament will be held from November 19 to November 23 at various grounds in the metropolis.

This is the first time that such a tournament is being organized in the city.

There has been huge response to the tournament and as many as 32 teams and 600 players would be participating from all over the country.

The teams will be mainly from Maharashtra, Karnataka, Punjab, Delhi, Madhya Pradesh, Gujarat and Andhra Pradesh, a press release stated here today.

The matches will be played on various grounds like Azad Maidan, Cross Maidan, Oval Maidan, Police Gymkhana, PJ Hindu Gymkhana, Islam Gymkhana, Bombay Gymkhana and Parsi Gymkhana, the release added.
