New Zealand's "Superman" Glenn Phillips took a stunning catch to end Ollie Pope and Harry Brook's stand for England during day two of the first Test at the Hagley Oval in Christchurch on Friday (November 29).
Phllips, who has claimed several acrobatic diving efforts so far in his career, pulled off another one-handed stunner to end a frustrating 151-run stand between Brook and Pope for the fifth wicket.

In the second delivery of the 53rd over of England's first innings, New Zealand brought back a wicket-less Tim Southee into the attack, and the veteran pacer was gifted a wicket soon thanks to the screamer from Phillips.
Southee delivered a wide delivery as Pope connected a cut shot well, too well perhaps as the England batter failed to keep the shot down and hit it in air, allowing Phillips to pull off a stunner, but the New Zealand utility cricketer had his task cut out at gully.
The 27-year-old Kiwi flew like a bird to his right at gully and plucked the ball out of thin air and celebrated along with his unbelieving teammates as the dismissal ended Pope's innings for 77 off 98 balls.
Pope and Brook shared a 151-run stand, digging England out of a spot of bother when the visitors were 4 for 71 in response to New Zealand's 348 All Out in their first innings. Nathan Smith had claimed two wickets, while Southee, Matt Henry and Will O'Rourke chipped in with one wicket each.
Despite Pope's dismissal, England were unscathed heading into stumps at 319/5 with Brook (132* off 163 balls) and skipper Ben Stokes (37* off 64 balls) unbeaten overnight on day 2 in Christchurch.
Earlier on day 2, Phillips helped New Zealand add to their overnight score of 319 for 8 with an unbeaten fifty. Phillips remained not out on 58, but lost his partners as the home side were bundled out for 348 in their first innings.
Apart from Phillips' fifty, the returning Kane Williamson also added 93 runs for New Zealand. For England, off-spinner Shoaib Bashir and pace-bowling all-rounder Brydon Carse claimed four wickets each.
