ODI World Cup 2023: Adil Rashid becomes Third English Spinner to Reach 350 International Wickets

In ICC Cricket World Cup 2023 match against India in Lucknow, England's spinner Adil Rashid achieved a significant milestone by securing his 350th international cricket wicket.

He is now the ninth bowler and the third spinner from England to accomplish this feat.

Rashid has claimed 192 wickets at an average of 32.44 in 132 One-Day Internationals, his best bowling numbers coming from a 5/27 effort. In One-Day Internationals, he has claimed two five-wicket hauls.

In 99 T20I matches, Rashid has represented England. He has taken 98 wickets at an average of 26.26, with the best bowling stats being 4/2.

England won the toss and chose to bowl first in the match.

India finished their 50 overs at 229/9. Star players like Shreyas Iyer (4), Shubman Gill (9) and Virat Kohli (0) did not manage to score.
