Pakistan's result in the previous T20 World Cup was encouraging as they were the beaten finalists. The expectations are high this time as Babar Azam and co. will be aiming to go one better in USA.

Although there has been speculation regarding the relationship between Babar Azam and Shaheen Afridi, we can safely say that the Pakistan duo will be supportive of each other in the upcoming tournaments. There isn't any clash between the two players, and they will be hoping to do their best for the country in the upcoming assignments, especially in the T20 World Cup, which is going to be a crucial juncture in Pakistan cricket.

Three players to Keep an Eye On
The biggest focus will be definitely on the returning Imad Wasim and Mohammad Amir. The veteran duo of Pakistan Cricket decided to come out of retirement to represent their country in the upcoming T20 World Cup. It is to be seen how they fare after a long layoff from international cricket.
Also, keen interest will be in Usman Khan. The batter did extremely well in the PSL and will be hoping to shine in the T20I series if he gets picked.
Pakistan lost their recent T20I series in New Zealand with a dismal 1-4 scoreline. Shaheen Afridi was the captain of that series. As Babar Azam is set to lead them in this upcoming series, the expectations are high for a turnaround. Will the Pakistan team be able to avenge their loss down under?
