Pakistani fast bowler Shaheen Shah Afridi will lead the men in green in the upcoming ODI series in Bangladesh, set to take place from March 11 to 15. The PCB has announced a 15-member squad for the upcoming tour.
Six uncapped players have been named in the squad: Abdul Samad, Maaz Sadaqat, Saad Masood, Shamyl Hussain, wicketkeeper Muhammad Ghazi Ghori, and Sahibzada Farhan. All players recently featured for the Pakistan Shaheens in the recent series against the England Lions in the UAE.

Interestingly, Ghori and Farhan recently broke records in the T20I World Cup, with 383 runs scored in six innings, with an average of 76.60 and a strike rate of 160.25. Farhan also recorded two half-centuries and centuries.
The selectors have not gone ahead with top-order batter Babar Azam who has been left out of the squad due to a poor T20 World Cup outing. The 31-year-old had a poor T20 World Cup 2026 Campaign, managing to score just 91 runs from four outings with the bat.
Beyond his difficulties in T20Is, the former Pakistan skipper also saw his ODI form dip in 2025, managing 544 runs across 17 innings at an average of 34.
