Sri Lanka and Pakistan are taking on each other in a virtual semifinal on Thursday (September 14). The two teams will lock horns at the R. Premadasa Stadium in Colombo.
The Asian giants are currently on two points after two games. The winner of this match will join India to play the Final on Sunday. Pakistan and Sri Lanka were the finalists in last year's T20 Asia Cup, but now they are fighting for the final spot in this crucial encounter.

Both teams have lost against India in the Super Fours, but the Lankans currently have a superior net run rate. Hence, any potential washout will see them advancing to the Final at the expense of Pakistan, who hurt their NRR with the heavy defeat against India.
Sri Lanka don't have any injury concern at the moment. There were plenty of positives from their defeat against India, especially the arrival of Dunith Wellalage who dismantled the Indian batting lineup. We may see a change in the playing 11 as Kusal Perera may come in for Kusal Mendis.
Pakistan have injury issues to cope with at the moment. Naseem Khan is rule out with an injury and Zaman Khan has been roped in as a replacement. With Haris Rauf's injury status is unknown, we may see at least a couple of changes in their team. Their dismal batting display in the last match is a massive concern and we may see Mohammad Nawaz, Saud Shakeel brought into the playing 11 against Sri Lanka.
