Pathan, VRV, Ishant recalled for 3rd Test

New Delhi, Dec 5 (UNI) Pacers Irfan Pathan and VRV Singh were today recalled in the Indian squad for the third Test against Pakistan in Bangalore in place of Zaheer Khan and Munaf Patel who have rested.

Ishant Sharma, who was drafted in the squad for the first Test in New Delhi but released later to play Ranji matches, was also included in the 14-member squad announced today.

RP Singh and S Sreesanth, who were originally in the Test squad but ruled out later due to injuries, were not considered, according to a BCCI release.

Opener Dinesh Kartik, who has not come up with a big score in the two Tests, also found a place in the squad.
