Pawar justifies selection amidst Team India's grand reception

New Delhi, Mar 6 (UNI) The victorious Indian team received a grand felicitation, organised by the BCCI and the DDCA, attended by thousands of frenzied fans at Feroz Shah Kotla stadium here today.

Team India captain Mahendra Singh Dhoni who led the boys in blue to a memorable victory in the CB Series Down Under said, ''I am proud to have led this team and the way every member of this team has conducted himself, it is really commendable.'' Dhoni, who thanked the nation for their support on behalf of his team, acknowledged the reception and said, ''This is the motivation that we need.'' BCCI gave cash prize of Rs 58 lakhs to each member of the victorious Indian team which trounced Australia to bring the CB series trophy in the sub-continent since it's inception.
