Punjab Kings (PBKS) will look to get back to winning ways when they host defending champions Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) in match 31 of IPL 2025 at the New PCA Stadium in Mullanpur on Tuesday (April 15).
Shreyas Iyer-led PBKS are fresh from their second defeat of the season – an 8-wicket thumping loss against Sunrisers Hyderabad in a high-scoring contest at Hyderabad, while Ajikya Rahane’s KKR head into the match on the back of a dominating 8-wicket win over Chennai Super Kings in Chennai.

Punjab Kings posted a massive total of 246 at the Rajiv Gandhi International Stadium riding on skipper Shreyas’ knock of 82 from 36 balls, but the bowlers had no answer to Abhishek Sharma and Travis Head carnage as the home side sealed the second highest chase with 9 balls to spare.
KKR, on the other hand, restricted CSK to 103/9 thanks to an all-round bowling effort at the MA Chidambaram Stadium, where Sunil Narine complemented his bowling effort with a quickfire 44 to seal the chase in 10.1 overs.
Both PBKS and KKR will aim for wins whey they clash for the 34th time in IPL and for the first time in Mullanpur. Here is a look at the head to head record of PBKS vs KKR IPL 2025 Match 31:
