Rajat Patidar massacred Punjab Kings bowlers in the IPL 2024 match between Royal Challengers Bengaluru and the Punjab Kings on Thursday (May 9).

The RCB batter came after two quick wickets, but has shown his amazing hitting ability with some terrific shots.

Patidar came to the crease with RCB 43 for 2, but started to decimate the Punjab bowling from the start. He scored 55 runs off just 23 balls and completely turned the dynamics of the match.

The 30-year-old was dismissed by Sam Curran, only after hitting 6 sixes and 3 fours in his scintillating innings. Just after Patidar's dismissal, the rain came and the match momentarily halted in Dharamshala.

This was Patidar's fourth fifty of the IPL 2024 season. Three of those have come at a better strike rate than 200 for the RCB player. His fifty against Punjab Kings came in just 21 deliveries.
