Christchurch/Melbourne, Feb 12: The ICC Cricket World Cup 2015 was today officially declared open with spectacular opening ceremonies in New Zealand and Australia.

Indian captain MS Dhoni was in Melbourne and posed for photographs along with Pakistan skipper Misbah-ul-Haq and other leaders. India and Pakistan will face off in Adelaide on Sunday (February 15).
The tournament, in its 11th edition, gets under on February 14 and culminates on March 29.
