However, in her latest statement, titled 'A Personal Clarification', Agarwal offered further insight into what had influenced her decision to end the engagement.

"When I called off our engagement, I let the opinions of people close to me, who seemed to know our relationship better than we did, influence how I saw my fiancé and our relationship. I feel I was misguided, and I made a decision without giving us the honest conversation we deserved," she wrote.

Agarwal also accepted responsibility for the decision and the hurt it caused before confirming that the couple had reconciled.

In her statement, Agarwal said that conversations between the couple helped them understand each other better and reconsider their decision to separate.

Agarwal also made it clear that the couple intends to make decisions about their future based on their own understanding of the relationship, rather than outside influence.

"This time, I want our future to be guided by our own understanding, trust and love. Please respect our decision as we begin again," she added.

Shaw shared the same post on social media, accompanying it with heart and amulet emojis.

Neither has announced a wedding date or disclosed plans for the next stage of their relationship. Their statement confirms that they have chosen to reconcile, but details about their future plans remain private.
