Sikandar Raza was the man of the moment at the ongoing Pakistan Super League on Thursday as the Zimbabwe all-rounder mesmerised the Gadaffi Stadium crowd with a stunning fielding effort during Lahore Qalandars vs Quetta Gladiators match in Lahore.

Unreal effort from the man of the hour 👏👏#HBLPSL8 | #SabSitarayHumaray | #LQvQG pic.twitter.com/hRDZS2RNH8
The incident happened during the fifth over of the second innings while Quetta were chasing 149. Quetta opener Will Smeed hammered a short delivery by spinner Rashid Khan into the forward square leg region.
The ball looked certain to cross the boundary for a six before an alert Raza on the boundary made a timely jump to get a hold of the ball. However, the fielder soon realised that he will go over the line with the ball and threw the ball back into the game before crossing the boundary.
PSL on its official Twitter handle praised the effort, calling the Zimbabwean 'Superman Raza' for the effort.
Raza's effort on the field was understandable as he helped Lahore Qalandars recover from 50/7 in 10 overs to 148 as he single-handedly took the table-toppers to a defendable target.
Sikandar Raza scored 71 runs off just 34 deliveries while slamming three boundaries and eight fours. His strike rate read a phenomenal 208.82 during the innings as he stayed not out when Lahore Qalandars innings folded at 148.
At the time of writing, Lahore were the favourites to win the game as Quetta were down to 106/6 by the 17th over.
