LQ vs QG, PSL 2024: Quetta Gladiators posted back-to-back wins to go top of the table early in the season 9 of Pakistan Super League as the Rilee Rossouw-led side defeated two-time champions Lahore Qalandars by five wickets at the Gadaffi Stadium in Lahore on Monday (February 19).

Akeal Hosein bowled a key spell of 2/17, which included the wicket of Fakhar Zaman, as Quetta Gladiators halted Lahore innings at 187/7. Shahibzada Farhan (62) fired back-to-back half centuries while Jahandad Khan scored a 17-ball 45 after getting promoted up the order for Qalandars. In response, Khwaja Nafay scored a 31-ball 60 to fire Quetta home after Saud Shakeel's 40 up the order.
