Islamabad United defeated Multan Sultans by two wickets to win the Pakistan Super League (PSL) 2024 final at the National Stadium in Karachi on Monday, March 18. Man of the Match Imad Wasim led the charge for Islamabad with a five-wicket haul.

Naseem Shah scored 17 off just nine ball towards the end as Islamabad chased down the 160-run target on the final ball of the 20th over. The PSL 9 saw some blistering performances with the bat and ball.

Peshawar Zalmi captain Babar Azam once again emerged as the leading run-scorer. Usman Khan followed him in the coveted list, while his former deputy in the Pakistan team, Mohammad Rizwan is following him at the second spot.

Leg-spinner Usama Mir is the leading wicket-taker ahead of the PSL 2024 final. He has picked 24 wickets and is followed by pacer Mohammad Ali, leg-spinner Abrar Ahmed and Naseem Shah.
