PSL 2025, Quetta Gladiators vs Karachi Kings: Quetta Gladiators edged out Karachi Kings in a nail-biting finish to clinch a thrilling 5-run win in Match 15 of the Pakistan Super League 2025 at the iconic Gaddafi Stadium in Lahore on April 25 (Friday).
MyKhel brings to you the full list of award winners, including Player of the Match, Superpower of the Day and more, as Abrar Ahmed, Faheem Ashraf, Tim Seifert and Kusal Mendis delivered standout performances in a high-octane contest.

After being sent in to bat first, Quetta Gladiators posted 142 in 19.3 overs, a score that seemed underwhelming given their early collapse. The top order crumbled quickly, with Finn Allen and Rilee Rossouw failing to fire, but a mature innings from Kusal Mendis (36 off 22) and a blistering 43 from Faheem Ashraf gave them a fighting total.
Hasan Ali was Karachi’s pick of the bowlers, finishing with 3 for 33, while Abbas Afridi chipped in with two key wickets.
In response, Karachi Kings began positively despite losing Warner early. Tim Seifert ignited the chase with an explosive 47 off just 26 balls, while James Vince held up one end with a steady 30. But the wheels came off post the 10th over, with Quetta’s spinners putting the brakes on and their fielders backing them up with electric stops.
Abrar Ahmed’s spell of 4-0-15-1 was a masterclass in pressure bowling, while Amir and Khurram Shahzad picked up two wickets apiece. Mendis’ sharp catch to remove the dangerous Seifert proved pivotal.
Despite a valiant late surge from Hasan Ali (24 off 13), the Kings fell short by 5 runs.
