The tenth edition of the Pakistan Super League - PSL 2025 will be held in the April-May window this year due to the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) playing co-hosts to the ICC Champions Trophy 2025 from February to March.
The PCB had opened the registration for the overseas stars in December to add their names for the Pakistan Super League drafting process, which is scheduled to be held in the port city Gwadar in Balochistan on January 11, 2025 with the retention list to be revealed a week earlier.

The PSL Season 10 will coincide with the Indian Premier League, and the PCB-run T20 tournament will get the chance to have some of the international stars who were not picked up during the IPL Mega Auction last year.
Several big name stars remained unsold during November 2024, IPL big auction with star players like David Warner, Steve Smith and Kane Williamson among the high-profile names available for PSL, but not all the names could be tempted to the Pakistan Super League due to the salary caps.
However, there were still some players that featured in previous IPL have registered for the PSL draft with the official X handle of the league revealed three names on the daily basis since the last week of December at 12 PM, 6 PM and 9 PM local times.
Former Australian opener David Warner and recently-retired New Zealand pacer Tim Southee were among the players who have registered for the upcoming PSL Draft along with Bangladesh's Shakib Al Hasan and Mustafizur Rahman.
Over 80 players have announced their intention to be part of the drafting process on January 11 with Australia and England stars dominating the foreign player registrations. Here is a look at the full list of players registered for the Pakistan Super League Draft:
