PSL Final 2024: 'CAUGHT SMOKING!' Imad Wasim spotted on camera lighting a cigarette after taking fifer

Left arm orthodox spinner Imad Wasim was caught smoking on camera during the PSL 2024 final match between Multan Sultans and Islamabad United at the National Stadium in Karachi on Monday (March 18).

The incident was caught smoking in the pavilion right after the Islamabad all-rounder went off the field after taking a memorable 5/23 while Multan Sultans' batting order collapsed.

After completing his full over bowling spell at the end of the 17th over, Imad Wasim left the field. Experts thought Waseem was taking a break following a knock but was spotted on camera smoking while the commentators were giving rave reviews for his performance in the final/

The incident happened right after Naseem Shah bowled the fourth ball of the 18th over while the scoreboard read 127/9 for Multan. It was also spotted that he was trying to cover the cigarette to avoid any of the vigilant cameras but it was an effort in vain.
