Bangalore, Sep 3: The fastest man on the planet, Usain Bolt launched Puma's new brand platform "Forever Faster" in Bangalore during his maiden visit to India yesterday (September 2).

Multiple Olympic and world champion and 100 metres world record holder Bolt held sway in Bangalore on Tuesday as he played a game of cricket and won against Team Yuvraj Singh. Before he got out to wield his willow and run at the M Chinnaswamy Stadium, he unveiled Puma's new brand platform at a city hotel with Puma India MD Rajiv Mehta.

"Forever Faster is a great slogan. It describes me perfectly. I am overwhelmed by the love shown by the people of India and I am thrilled to be here as Puma ambassador," Bolt said as he interacted with some of the best runners from around the country.

"Forever Faster, the new brand positioning is about Puma reminding people that we are and will continue to be the fastest sports brand in the world," Mehta said.

In an exclusive interaction at the Chinnaswamy Stadium before the exhibition cricket match, Pum School of Speed winners were rewarded. The 8 lucky national winners and their coaches were flown down from Delhi to meet and run with Bolt.
