Rahul Dravid Scuba Diving pictures in Maldives go viral: 'The Wall Gets Submerged'

Away from the hustles and bustles of action-packed IPL 2023, Team India head coach Rahul Dravid is spending some quality time in Maldives. In viral pictures on social media, the former India captain can even be seen doing scuba diving.

All the elite team India cricketers are busy with their respective franchises in the IPL 2023. Dravid, the former coach and player of the Rajasthan Royals(RR), cannot be associated with the cash-rich league in any capacity due to the Conflict of Interest clause.

However, the 50-year-old is making the best use of his much-needed break. In pictures and videos shared by Nikhil Chinapa - VJ and and music entrepreneur - Dravid can be seen wearing scuba diving gear and chilling near the blue ocean of Maldives.

"THE WALL gets submerged! Was fun diving with Rahul Dravid and his family. His attention to detail, keenness to understand the 'why' and 'how' of things being done will one day make him as good a diver as a cricketer which he undoubtably is," read the caption of the post showing Dravid's scuba diving adventure.

"Rahul, his wife and kids - all got certified as PADI Open Water divers," Chinapa revealed in his post.

Rahul Dravid will be travelling to England towards May end for the World Test Championship (WTC) final which is scheduled to be held at The Oval in London from June 7. India will lock horns against Australia in their second attempt to win the elite trophy.

Dravid also has the humongous task of shortlisting India players for the upcoming ODI World Cup which is scheduled to be held in India in October-November this year.
