In the video, it can be seen Rahul Dravid at the event, where many kids approach him and touch his feet for blessing. Dravid, being the gem of a person he is, can be seen signing their bats and jerseys and blessing them. The children were extremely ecstatic after meeting their hero at such close proximity and getting a lifetime memory from him.
The video already has garnered over 21,000 views on X and people have hurled nice words both for the kids and Dravid. Many admired the kids for showing such respect to the great cricketer, whereas people also acknowledged Dravid's reaction.
The former India player has always been a person close to the ground. A video of him got viral where he was seen voting in Bengaluru in the queue. Apart from these, many other instances have shown Dravid's immense quality as a human being, which is definitely a learning curve for some.
Speaking of Rajasthan Royals, they have retained six players ahead of the IPL 2025 auction, which is set to take place in Jeddah on November 24 and 25. Yashasvi Jaiswal and Sanju Samson are their biggest retentions at Rs 18 crore each, whereas Shimron Hetmyer, Riyan Parag and Dhruv Jurel have also been retained. India pacer Sandeep Sharma is also in the Royals list as an uncapped player.
