The Karnataka State Cricket Association (KSCA) annual awards ceremony in Bengaluru bestowed exceptional performances by young cricketers.
Among the standout players were Anvay Dravid and Prakhar Chaturvedi, who received their awards for some stellar performances in domestic cricket.

Anvay Dravid, son of former Indian captain and coach Rahul Dravid, made waves with his stellar performances in junior cricket. He was honored with two prestigious awards for his achievements in the Vijay Merchant Trophy and the Under-14 State League.
Anvay showcased his skill as a wicketkeeper-batter, scoring an impressive 357 runs in five matches at an average of 45. His consistent performances included four half-centuries, and the youngster also did decent glove work. Anvay also topped the run-scoring chart in the U14 league.
Prakhar Chaturvedi, another young prodigy, was recognized for his extraordinary performance in the Cooch Behar Trophy 2023-24, where he played a crucial role in Karnataka's historic title win.
In the tournament final against Mumbai in Shimoga, Chaturvedi delivered a breathtaking unbeaten knock of 404 runs. This remarkable innings shattered a 24-year-old record held by Yuvraj Singh, who had scored 358 in the same competition.
Over the course of eight matches in the Cooch Behar Trophy, Chaturvedi amassed 795 runs at an astonishing average of 79.50. His tally included two centuries and one fifty. Chaturvedi's phenomenal quadruple century in the final not only sealed Karnataka's maiden title but also etched his name in the annals of Indian domestic cricket history.
