Shrachi Rarh Tigers displayed a dominant all-round performance to outclass Harbour Diamonds by 23 runs in the Bengal Pro T20 League at the Eden Gardens on Thursday.

The star performers for Rarh Tigers were Arindam Ghosh (54), skipper Shahbaz Ahmed (30, 2-17), Arnab Nandi (2-21) and Suman Das (2-22). Batting first, Shrachi Rarh Tigers posted 141/7 in 20 overs.

Enroute his unbeaten 46-ball innings, Arindam smashed five boundaries and one six while Shahbaz hit two fours and two sixes. For Harbour Diamonds, Md Kaif bagged 3 for 17.

In reply, chasing the target, Harbour Diamonds fell short, scoring 118/7 in 20 overs. A fine 45-ball 51 by Sayan Sekhar Mondal went in vain for the Harbour Diamonds, who now suffer their second consecutive defeat.

The Rarh Tigers will be up against Siliguri Strikers on Saturday (June 15) whereas Harbour Diamonds face Murshidabad Kings on the same day.
