Ravindra Jadeja on Friday (March 28) created history after he reached 3000 runs in Indian Premier League during Chennai Super Kings' 50-run loss to Royal Challengers Bengaluru at the MA Chidambaram Stadium in Chennai.
En-route to his 19-ball 25 vs RCB, Jadeja achieved a massive all-round record, becoming the first player to score 3000 runs and claim 100 plus wickets in the IPL. The star Indian all-rounder now has 3001 runs and 160 wickets to his name in 242 matches of the lucrative league.

The 34-year-old is also the fifth-highest run scorer for the Chennai-based side in the league, only behind the likes of Suresh Raina, Mahendra Singh Dhoni, Faf du Plessis and current captain Ruturaj Gaikwad.
The southpaw has picked up 160 wickets in the league with a bowling average of 30.76 and an economy rate of 7.64. His 133 wickets for CSK pits him only behind veteran Dwayne Bravo, who leads the team's wicket charts with 140 scalps.
