RCA secretary appointed observer for the 4th ODI in Baroda

Jaipur, Jan 18 (UNI) Rajasthan Cricket Association (RCA) secretary Subhash Joshi has been appointed as the BCCI observer for the fourth ODI between India and West Indies to be played on January 31 in Baroda.

The communication in this regard from the BCCI reached here today.

The purpose of the appointment of observers is to oversee and observe compliance of the various instructions and guidelines of the Board regarding technical conduct, organisation arrangement and enforcement of facilities to the sponsors.
