RCB Unbox 2025: The Royal Challengers Bangalore is set to host the unbox event for the fourth year in the running, and for the third successive time at their home venue in Bengaluru ahead of the Indian Premier League season 18 - IPL 2025.
RCB introduced the unbox event to engage with their 12th man army – the fans, and the Bangalore-based franchise has used the event to launch a new jersey, introduce players, key personnels and also induction of legends into the RCB Hall of Fame.

Launched in 2022, RCB hosted the unbox event on Church Street in Bengaluru, where they announced Faf Du Plessis as skipper. In 2023, the event was held in the M Chinnaswamy Stadium, where legends AB De Villiers and Chris Gayle became the first inductions into the hall of fame.
In 2024, the franchise announced a long-awaited change of name from Bangalore to Bengaluru. Plus, famed DJ and Music Producer Alan Walker headlined the performers list before the new blue, red and gold jersey was launched.
Last year also saw the women's team parade the Women's Premier League trophy led by skipper Smriti Mandhana. Also, former India and Karnataka pacer R Vinay Kumar became the third hall of fame induction. Another former Royal Challenger is expected to join the list this year.
This year as well there is expectation of a similar kind of event with another hall of fame induction and a possible new jersey launch. As it stands, only a full squad skills challenge and performance by top 5 DJ Timmy Trumpet as well as Sanith Hegde has been announced with more details expected to be revealed in the coming days.
RCB Unbox Event 2025, as per the official announcement by the franchise, will be hosted at the M Chinnaswamy Stadium in Bengaluru on Monday, March 17, 2025. The start time is at 3 PM IST. But the events could get started after 4 PM IST.
The tickets are on sale soon from Thursday (March 6) via the RCB app and website with a limit of 6 tickets per user. The RCB Unbox 2025 event tickets start from Rs 800 and go all the way up to Rs 5000.
The best place is to feel the atmosphere at the venue and experience the event live. RCB will also stream the event live. Meanwhile, they will also share short clips of the even via their social media accounts and their official YouTube Channel.
The franchise has revealed that top 5 DJ Timmy Trumpet and Indian playback singer Sanjith Hegde will be performing at the event alongside the full squad practice and skill challenge. More performers will be revealed in the build up to the event.
RCB will hold the event just five days before they play their first game of the season against defending champions Kolkata Knight Riders on Saturday, March 22 at the Eden Gardens in Kolkata.
