A large number of crowd has gathered at the M Chinnaswamy Stadium in Bengaluru for the curtain raiser of Royal Challengers Bengaluru's IPL 2025 season.
RCB Unbox, as it is known, is taking place at the Garden City today. The event is generally conducted before the start of the season where the players get introduced to the fans.

Along with that, the RCB Unbox also revealed the new jersey of the team for the IPL 2025 season. There were some energy-packed performances of a few notable personnel, but an emotional moment of the afternoon turned out to be when RCB paid tribute to the late Puneeth Rajkumar, on his 50th birth anniversary.
Puneeth Rajkumar, fondly known as "Power Star," was one of the most beloved actors in Kannada cinema. Born on March 17, 1975, he was the youngest son of legendary actor Dr. Rajkumar. Puneeth started his career as a child artist, earning a National Film Award for his performance in Bettada Hoovu (1985).
He made his lead debut with Appu (2002), a blockbuster that cemented his place in the industry. Over the years, he became one of Sandalwood's biggest stars, known for his action-packed performances, exceptional dancing skills, and versatile acting. Films like Milana, Raajakumara, and Yuvarathnaa showcased his talent and box-office dominance.
The Kannada actor tragically passed away on October 29, 2021, leaving his fans and the Kannada film industry in deep mourning. And at the Unbox event, RCB paid their tribute to the late movie star and a Kannada legend.
Virat Kohli and the entire RCB team was present at the RCB Unbox event. The India stalwart sweated out at the nets while the event witnessed an exciting Skill Challenge featuring Team Rajat vs. Team Jitesh, where players competed in three high-intensity tasks.
