RCB vs CSK, IPL 2023: MS Dhoni sends Chinnaswamy crowd crazy during Toss in Bangalore

MS Dhoni has taken over Bangalore since his arrival to play against Royal Challengers Bangalore in IPL 2023.

The Dhoni fever went above several notches before the match and during the game as the Bangalorians showered unadulterated love for the former India skipper and current CSK captain.

The roads were filled with supporters and the shouts of Dhoni! Dhoni! reverberated the entire route to the stadium. The craziness among the fans was sublime and it was confusing to understand whether it was Chennai or Bangalore.

Thousands of fans gathered on the road wearing the Yellow jersey and all those enthusiastic faces just wanted a glimpse of MS Dhoni. There were placards, posters of the former India captain and the surreal love for Dhoni continued in the match as well.

And during the Toss, the crowd inside Chinnaswamy went berserk. RCB captain Faf du Plessis won the toss and yielded a huge cheer, but the decibel went tenfolds up when MS Dhoni was about to give his reaction.

The entire stadium was roaring as the veteran took the mic for his toss thoughts as RCB chose to bowl first. The raw and passionate emotion for MS Dhoni is kind of similar in the entire country, but Bangalore showed another new version of that.

MS Dhoni's CSK have made a steady start with the bat though against the home side RCB. In-form batter Ruturaj Gaikwad lost his wicket early, but they are currently 53/1 at the end of powerplay with Devon Conway and Ajinkya Rahane at the crease.

There is speculation that this season may be the swansong for Dhoni and Bangalore has ushered all the love to the former India captain. CSK and RCB both are on 4 points after 4 games and will be aiming to get two more points on the board.
